Is the strap adjustable?    

Yes it is, we have designed a tri-glide which allows you to customize the size as needed and use the strap around the neck, crossbody, shoulder, or belt. You can even wrap it around your wrist.

If I change cases, can I remove the wallet from the existing case and place it on the new one?    

Yes you can, you will need a new double sided 3M adhesive strip to ensure the wallet adheres to  the case properly. Please email at support.department@CASUMS.com with a request for a new 3M adhesive and we will notify you on how to get one. 

When I am traveling and place my room key in the outer pocket, will my key activate the door lock?    

Yes it will, this is one of our favorite features when traveling. This allows you to have your key with you at all times without searching for it in you wallet or purse.

 
How many cards can it hold?    

The wallet is designed to hold up to four cards comfortably and you can also place receipts, paper currency and boarding passes. 

What can the CaseStand be used for?    

We designed the ring support stand for multiple uses. It will help you carry your phone on a crossbody strap or wristlet. In addition it can be used as a hone stand and ring holder. 

Will we be able to purchase additional straps?

Yes, we are designing full body and wristlet straps for various occasions which will be sold in the next few months.  We also encourage you to use any of your detachable full body or wristlet strap to carry your phone.  

What size phone case does the wallet fit on?    

It’s universal and fits most iPhone Samsung, Google or any phone case larger than 3" wide and 6" long. We ask that you ensure the space between the camera lenses and the bottom of the phone is a minimum of 4.2" long.  

How can the phone be charged on a wireless charger?    

Easy, just remove the phone from the case and charge the phone.  When phone is charge, place the phone on the case and you are ready to go.

How many cards can the Case Wallet hold?    

It is designed to hold up to eight card or you can hold paper currency, hotel keys or any other item you believe you need and that fits.

The pocket can hold a variety of different things from small lipsticks, lip balm, coins or anything else you think might fit.

What earbuds can I place in the case?  

The design is universal and will  hold a variety of earbuds to include AirPods 2nd, AirPods 3rd generation AirPods Pro or any similar size

Can I charge my earbuds while they are in the case?  

 Yes you can, we have designed the case to allow you to change your earbuds while they are stored.

I don't use earbuds, but I do use hearing aids, will the hearing aids fit in the case.

Absolutely, we have been told that you can place your hearing aids and small charger in the case. Then hook to your purse or belt look to access them when you need them.
